Important Notice: Extended Shipping Times
Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Our team is working tirelessly to prepare your packages with care and ship them as quickly as possible.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and notify you as soon as it is shipped.

Deliveries of products purchased on www.alessi.com take place within 10-15 working days.*

We offer free shipping for orders over $180 with standard service. Free shipping is not available to certain destinations such as: Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that couriers may take more than 15 days to deliver to certain destinations (ie. minor islands, disadvantaged areas).

Once the order will be dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to follow the delivery.

Delivery times may incur delays during:

• extraordinary circumstances
• holiday periods: Thanksgiving Long Weekend, Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays
• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on.
• inventory (first week of January)

The courier chosen for the delivery of orders in the US is UPS. Depending on the delivery area, UPS could assign deliveries to local couriers.
Couriers do not deliver during the weekend, on holidays and pre-holidays, or national holidays (i.e. Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday, ect.).
In order to ensure your order is delivered in the safest manner, all orders from Alessi are sent with signature required at the time of delivery. Please ensure that you review your tracking information and that you or someone from your household is available at the time of shipment delivery. Our customer service agents are not able to remove this requirement from any order.
