What is the cost of engraving?

The cost of engraving is of 6$ per individual product.

Can I engrave any product I want?

Engraving is only available on a selection of products.

Can I return an engraved product?

No, it is not possible to return an engraved product because it is personal and custom-made for you.

Will the engraving service extend the delivery date?

The engraving service is provided by specialised operators in our Omegna factory. The delivery time will be extended by 2 working days from the time of order.

Can I get my product engraved at Alessi’s stores and flagship stores?

No, currently the service is offered exclusively for the online site alessi.com.

What can I do if I make a typing error on my engraved product?

We strongly advise you to contact our customer care team as soon as possible in order to solve the issue.

Can I engrave any message I want on my product?

No, we have excluded a list of words that do not that match our brand’s voice. You can engrave up to 9 characters. This include letters, numbers and periods.
