Deliveries of products purchased on www.alessi.com take place within 3-7 working days.*

We offer free shipping for orders over $99 with standard service. Free shipping is not available to certain destinations such as: Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note that couriers may take more than 7 days to deliver to certain destinations (ie. minor islands, disadvantaged areas).

Once the order will be dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to follow the delivery.

Delivery times may incur delays during:

• or in extraordinary circumstances
• holiday periods: Thanksgiving Long Weekend, Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays
• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on.
• inventory (first week of January)

The courier chosen for the delivery of orders in the US is UPS. Depending on the delivery area, UPS could could assign deliveries to local couriers.
Couriers do not deliver during the weekend, on holidays and pre-holidays, or national holidays (i.e. Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday, ect.).

Please note the courier is allowed to deliver packages to neighbours or commercial activities nearby. Moreover, they can left parcels at front door (or safe places gardens, porches,..)
